Delivery across Egypt
We deliver to customers anywhere in Egypt in 0–2 business days. Delivery costs EGP 100 in Cairo and Giza, and EGP 200 in all other governorates.
Every product listed on Nour Tech is currently in stock. After you place an order, our team confirms your delivery details and final delivery arrangement before dispatch.
14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
Returns can be handled in store or by mail. For mail returns, a prepaid return label is included in the package. Contact Nour Tech before sending an item back so our team can confirm the return process. We charge no restocking fee, and eligible refunds are processed within 1 day after we receive the returned product.
